Late Cancellations
What You Need to Know
At Hair Addiction, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know, or simply adjust your appointment directly online. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
Late Arrivals
Be Considerate
Please be courteous to our time as we try to be with yours and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to ourselves and other clients.
